Our inn is located at the foot of Mt. Ariake in the Northern Alps, and is a quiet inn rich in nature. The water and air are very clean, the summers are cool, and you can feel the four seasons. The area is surrounded by rice paddies, orchards, and forests, so you can enjoy bonfires and BBQ.

My name is Hitoshi Ito, the owner and manager. When I was young, I had quite a bit of wanderlust and visited many countries. I am particularly fascinated by the Nepalese Himalayas, and have trekked there about 15 times. Here in Azumino, near the Northern Alps, I feel at home in a place rich in nature, similar in some ways to Nepal. Please come visit Azumino for a change of pace. We look forward to seeing you.

Our inn is located in the middle of the Northern Alps, with easy access to the Hakuba area, Tsubame-dake, Jonen-dake, and Chogatake areas. The nearby Sanroku Line (Prefectural Road 306) is a very popular road for cycling and motorcycle touring, with good scenery and little traffic. Nearby is a hot spring called “Suzumisuso,” whose open-air baths are highly recommended. The Azumino Chihiro Art Museum is a 3-minute drive from the hotel. The museum's interior, as well as its large lawn garden, is the perfect place for healing.
